These logos can be used to demonstrate your support for the Sustainable Forestry Initiative and Pennsylvania SFI Implementation Committee. They may be used on your website, advertising or collateral. Entities that are not certified to the SFI Standard, but are eligible to do so, can use these icons without approval from SFI Inc. as long as they do not create the impression that their products or services provide an environmental benefit because of their support of the SFI program or the Pennsylvania SFI Implementation Committee, or make any express or implied claims that they are in conformance with the SFI Standard, a participant in the SFI program, or claim third-party certification.

Non-certified organizations have the option to use a SFI promotional logo in cases where they are not eligible for certification themselves. These entities should contact SFI’s Office of Label Use & Licensing. Examples of this include: brand owners who want to promote their use and sourcing from SFI manufacturers, retailer or other point of sale companies to identify products sold with the SFI label and claim from SFI suppliers, or educational or non-profit organizations to explain or highlight the SFI program.
