Description:
Advanced Logger Rescue (8 hours) - This course is geared to prepare firefighters, EMS personnel, foresters, and loggers in taking action to reduce severity of injury and increase the victim's chance of survival after a severe logging site accident. This course is primarily conducted outdoors.
REGISTRATION FOR THIS CLASS IS STILL OPEN UNTIL 3 WEEKS BEFORE THE CLASS DATE. The cost is FREE, but pre-registration is required. REGISTRATION FOR THE COURSE IS HANDLED THOUGH THE PENNSYLVANIA STATE FIRE ACADEMY on a first come, first served basis. REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BEFORE 08/17/2015. A $20 FEE WILL BE REQUIRED AFTER ATTENDING THE WORKSHOP FOR ANYONE WISHING TO RECEIVE THE 8-HOURS (2 YEARS) OF PA SFI CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT.

• Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable after the course registration deadline if the course is held and you do not attend.
• Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Your space in a course will not be reserved until the registration fee is paid. Please do not delay in making payment or your space could be given to another participant.
• Courses may be cancelled if a minimum number of students are not registered by the registration deadline. Please register on time.
• Employees insured through Eastern Alliance Insurance Group can have the registration fee for GOL classes reimbursed by WJ Cox Insurance.
